Warranty Policy for Savage Custom Jewelry

At Savage Custom Jewelry, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We offer a limited warranty to ensure your satisfaction and to protect your purchase. 1. Warranty Coverage

 

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 Year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What is Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship - Loose or missing stones - Broken clasps or chains due to manufacturing defects

 

3. What is Not Covered

 

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents 

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents 

  • Alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed by Savage Custom Jewelry 

  • Loss or theft 

  • Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals or environments 

  • Changes in appearance due to aging or tarnishing

 

4. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

 

  • 1. Contact Us:  Reach out to our customer service team at Savagecustoms215@gmail.com to initiate a warranty claim. Please provide your name, contact information, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.

  • 2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.

  • 3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. Include the return authorization number and proof of purchase with your shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

  • 4. Inspection: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.

  • 5. Repair or Replacement: If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair the item or, at our discretion, replace it with a new or equivalent item. If the issue is not covered, we will notify you and provide an estimate for repair costs if applicable.

 

5. Limitations and Exclusions

 

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective item and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages. The total liability of Savage Custom Jewelry under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item.
